Abstract
The subject of the thesis on the theme "Student Satisfaction Measurement with Secondary School" is based on the evaluation questionnaires to determine the degree of satisfaction of students studying at the Gymnázium Zlín Lesní Čtvrť and also the services that the school offers. The theoretical part describes the characteristic of the Gymnázium Zlín Lesní Čtvrť, including history. The following are specified theoretical basis, such as characteristic of services, marketing mix of educational services, satisfaction or theory of the measurement of satisfaction.
