Renovace a modernizace traktoru Zetor 7711

Abstract

Úvod této bakalářské práce je zaměřen na historii traktorů značky Zetor. Podíváme se, jak šel vývoj těchto traktorů, probereme různé varianty, modernizace a vylepšení. Zaměřím se na traktory Unifikované řady I. Hlavním tématem této práce je renovace a modernizace traktoru Zetor 7711, v jakém stavu byl traktor před renovací, důvody proč je renovace nutná a také zmíním nedostatky a časté poruchy těchto traktorů. Práce popisuje postup modernizace řízení a renovaci převodové skříně. U těchto dvou funkčních skupin uvedu dostupnost náhradních dílů a finančně vyčíslím, kolik tyto díly stojí. Závěr práce patří zhodnocení a finančnímu vyčíslení celé generální opravy traktoru.

The introduction of my bachelor thesis is focused on the history of Zetor tractors. This paper describes the development of these tractors, furthermore, various variants, modernization techniques and improvements are also discussed. The focus of my thesis is on the Unified Series I tractors. The main theme of this paper is the renovation and upgrading of the Zetor 7711 tractor, the condition of the tractor before the renovation, the reasons for the renovation, as well as the shortcomings and frequent failures of these tractors. This paper describes the process of modernizing the steering and the renovation of gearbox. For these two function groups, the availability of spare parts is listed, and the costs of these parts are estimated. The conclusion of this thesis is to evaluate and financially quantify the entire overhaul of the tractor.
