Konstrukční řešení odpojitelného stabilizátoru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním řešením odpojitelného stabilizátoru na přední nápravě nákladního vozidla Tatra 815-7. V úvodu je popsáno základní fungování podvozku Tatra a aktuálně používané typy stabilizátorů. Další část práce je věnována návrhu torzní tyče, vycházejícího ze vstupních dat aktuálního stavu, konstrukce a výpočtům odpojovacího mechanismu. Veškerá výkresová dokumentace je v příloze diplomové práce.

The diploma thesis deals with the design solution of the detachable stabilizer on the front axle of the Tatra 815-7 truck. The function of the Tatra chassis and currently used types of stabilizers are described in the introduction. The next part of the thesis is devoted to the design of the torsion bar according to input data from the current state, construction design and calculations of the detachable mechanism. All drawings are in the appendix of the diploma thesis.
