Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the preparation for the implementation of screws and K-wires to small bones in a hand and a foot. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are presented types of implants, which are used on small fractures. Overview of preparations, which are serving for inserting screws or wires. A material´s specification and implementation process of lag screws in a finger´s bone. In the practical part there are processed engineering designs of preparations and the subsequent selection of the most optimal variant. The selected model of the preparation is controlled by computation methods and the method FEM. In the conclusion of this thesis there are processed a drawing documentation and printed a plastic model with using the rapid prototyping technologies.
