Pneumaticky poháněné zavírání vlakových dveří

Abstract

This Bachelor Work deals with a concept of pneumatic network for inside door operating in a railway compartment coaches of mass transport. The proposed pneumatic mechanism has to fulfill the functions and requirements mentioned in Bachelor Work order, concretely door operating by two buttons „open“ and „close“ on both sides of the door, automatic closing the door after finishing the time interval, safety function against squeezing the travellers. This work contains brief theoretical analysis. I also concerned with alternative ways of solving this problem. When working on the pneumatic network according to an order I started from a simple pneumatic network for straight-lined movement, then step by step I added elements to fulfill the required functions. A part of the Bacherlor Work was also modeling of the network proposed in a suitable software and practic testing on a triner in a pneumatic mechanism school laboratory. In a suplement, there is a data CD with short videos representing mechanism function, next two supplements create plans for suggested networks.
