Analýza proudění v airboxu atmosférického zážehového spalovacího motoru

Abstract

This diploma thesis is attended to analysis of the air flow in the intake tract of combustion engine from the Talbot Murena Talbot vehicle. The aim of this work is to optimize the shape of the airbox for a purpose to eliminate the problem of uneven filling of the individual cylinders of the engine. The work contains a search of the main parts of the intake system of combustion engine and a theoretical basis of fluid mechanics, which is needed to implement CFD simulation. The second part of the work deals with the CFD simulation in the program ANSYS Fluent and the design of structural modifications of the airbox.
