Abstract
This thesis is devoted to the analysis of the energy balance of the evolutionary gearing in electric vehicles in order to identify the factors affecting energy efficiency and to propose ways of improving it. The study examines various aspects such as gear meshing, specific slip, specific pressures, gearing quality and finishing methods, lubrication, and material selection. Furthermore, the work focuses on the calculation of energy losses and their application to a specifically defined gearing, with emphasis on the comparison between high and low contact ratio gearing with respect to DIN or ČSN standards. The aim is to contribute to a more efficient use of energy in electric vehicles, which is crucial for their sustainable development.
