Zhodnocení technického stavu motocyklu Jawa 250

Abstract

This master thesis is evaluating the technical condition of pre-WW2 motorcycle Jawa 250. The introduction is summarizing the life of František Janeček – design engineer and founder of brand Jawa, origins of the brand, historic context of the production of the analysed motorcycle as well as similar motorcycles of other manufacturers. The main part deals with components of motorcycle, their technical condition and necessary repairs according to the preservation of its historic value. The conclusion is evaluating achieved results from various points of view – historical, financial, and also from the view of keeping the originality of the motorcycle.
