Rekonstrukce standu pro zkoušení převodovek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukční úpravou standu pro zkoušení automobilových převodovek. Cílem práce je úprava současného rámu standu v takové míře, aby bylo možné provádět měření průhybů hřídelů. V úvodu je provedena rešerše v oblasti laboratorních zkoušek ozubení. Hlavní část práce se soustředí na řešení kolizních míst. Jsou provedeny nezbytné výpočty šroubového spojení a svarů. Kontrola je dále rozšířena o výpočet v MKP. Součástí práce je výkresová dokumentace provedených změn.

The bachelor thesis deals with the reconstruction of the gearbox testing rig. The main objective of this work is to modify the current frame of the testing rig. After modification the shaft deflections is possible to measure. In the introduction, there is an overview in the field of gearing tests. The main part of the work is focused on the solution of collision points. Necessary calculations of screw connections and welds are made. The examination is further extended by the calculation in FEM. The work includes drawing documentation.
