Návrh konstrukce a technologického postupu výroby flobertky ráže 4mm s využitím CAD a CAM softwarů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce obsahuje původ a soudobou analýzu nejznámějších výrobců zbraní typu flobert na trhu ČR. Je zde navrhnuta nová koncepce zbraně a zpracován technologický postup výroby hlavních dílů. Dále se zde objevují výpočty pevnosti hlavně a zavěrového uzlu pro zvolený typ náboje. To vše je podloženo obrazovým materiálem a na závěr práce jsou hodnoceny přednosti nekonvenčních metod obrábění, které usnadnily výrobu zbraně.

Bachelor´s thesis contains an origin and nowaday analysis of famous manufactures of Flobert guns type on Czech market. This Bachelor´s thesis also contains a proposal of new concept of gun and prepared techological process of main parts manufacturing. Along with a strenght calculations of barrel and breech joints for certain types of ammunition. All of these is supported by image material and at the end of the thesis there are evaluated advantages of non-convetional mechaning methods, which will facilite the weapon manufacturing.
