Abstract

Thesis is dealing with preheating of air at a boiler of 200 MW unit by means of steam. The intention is to use the steam air heater to increase the temperature of inlet air into regenerative air heater, the temperature is increased plates. This eliminates or reduces the risk of low-temperature corrosion of air heater and also so-called equipment in parts of the boiler. In the introduction to this research work is developed on the issue of acid dewpoint and temperature control for gas boiler. In next part covers calculation the stoichiometry of combustion and boiler efficiency. Then set the steam air preheater power and the required amount of steam to preheat the air. The last part is the design of flue gas temperature control with a steam heater air preheating and analysis of the impact on the power the turbine.
