Pevnostní analýza osových a mezinápravových diferenciálů nákladních vozidel Tatra

Abstract

In the thesis is solved strenght analysis of axle and inter-axle differentials domestic carmaker Tatra Trucks a.s. In the introduction is briefly described Tatra´s conception of chassis and the history of automobiles. Then follows on the distribution and the familiarizing with function of differentials. In the next step the calculation of input moment is implemented from the diferential. The gears are checked in the differentials. It was checked it according to app by prof. Němček. Calculations of the forces acting on the pins were performed on the carrier control. These forces arise in the differential gear. In the last step, the FEM calculation was performed. The calculation was performed in the program Ansys Workbeanch 19.1. Boundary conditions were entered and static control was made.
