Pneumatický systém nákladního vagónu

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with design of pneumatic system of freight wagon. Especially opening of side gate and controlling of roof. In the first part I aim on description of wagon construction for which the pneumatic circuit is designed. Next I described alternative control of wagon side gates. I created the summary of most common hoppers wagon. In the second part there are all necessary calculations for circuit design, pneumatic system design, specification of pneumatic components and components of tubing. Next I designed three alternatives of pneumatic mechanism.
