Analýza mechanizmu traktorového nosiče kontejnerů TNK 5

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na ověření provozu traktorového nosiče TNK 5. Jsou uvedeny základní ekonomické a provozní výhody kontejnerové dopravy. Je proveden rozbor různých provozních pohybů mechanismu. Záměrem práce bylo určit vlivy tíhových a setrvačných sil působících při provozním zatěžování a kritické místa a polohy nosiče. Z analýzy zatěžovacích stavů je zřejmé, že vliv setrvačných účinků lze díky malým rychlostem zanedbat. Dále je provedena analýza kritického členu mechanismu a jeho kontrola na vzpěr a je navrženo jiné konstrukční řešení tohoto členu.

The diploma thesis is focused to verification of the operation of tractor carriers TNK 5. There is describe the basic economic and operational advantages of container transport. The thesis deals with analysis of the various operating movements of the carrier mechanism. The aim of the study is to determine the effects of gravity and inertia forces acting during the loading operation and to analyse the mechanism critical positions and the extreme tension locations of its members. The results of performed analysis show that the influence of inertial effects can be neglected due to the low mechanism movement speed. As the next step there is made the analysis of the mechanism critical member, which is tested by the static structural and bucling analyses. Finaly there is proposed other design solution of this structural member.
