Šárka Tichá, Ph.D. Thesis solve the processing methodology for monitoring capability of manufacturing process in company Česká zbrojovka a.s., Uherský Brod. Data gained from the measurements of this process be intended to improve during the years 2009 to 2013 by 50%. In the introduction is generally explained the purpose and principles of procedural approach and the general rules for the measurement process as a implement for management and improvement. This follows a description of existing processes, including illustration these processes in gun life. More specifically, there is described the manufacturing process and the current monitoring. The major part of thesis consists of suggestions for new indicators for monitoring the capability of manufacturing process. On the basis of identification these indicators is established methodology for calculating the capability of manufacturing. Outputs from these monitoring are used to verify the capability of manufacturing reaches pre-set values.
