Abstract
This Bachelor Thesis deals with construction design of an automatic one-row potato setter attached to compact tractor. The minimum amount of the planting stock in the container is set for 20 kilograms. For the planting machine was chosen lift planting mechanism with single-phase scoop. For the drive I have chosen the chain transmission with 82-segment chain 20 B-1 DIN 8187 of the company TYMA. The planting machine is attached to the tractor by back 3-side-tipper-trailer drawbar ISO 730/1N. I decided to create a connecting spacer to connect the planting machine to the tractor TK-4K-14.
The automatic one-row potato setter is composed of a frame, a container, a plow blade for spreading, the planting mechanism, a plow blade for covering and cam gears.
The planting mechanism is composed of 2 chain gears with chain and carrier. The first chain gear is connected to the drive shaft that is powerd by a tyre rolling on the ground. The second on eis connected to the transmission shaft that is stretched above the container and inserted into bearing houses. The moment of force is transmitted by leaf springs.
The part aimed on calculation deals with the design and control over the chain, the design of the shaft and the control of the springs.
