Abstract
This bachelor thesis is dealing with the use of solar energy and the principle of its conversion to electricity. In the practical part is devoted to the design of a PV using software of computational tools and the comparison of the calculated results. The appropriateness of the implementation of PV in the Czech republic is assessed from an economic and an ecological point of view.
