Vysokotlaké a velkoobjemové chlazení a jeho vliv na proces obrábění

Abstract

The bachelor work is engaged in cutting background with utilization of the high-pressure and the large-volume cooling. At the beginning is the analysis of temperature in a place of cut, importance of cooling, type of process mediums and medium requirements. In the following part is described the principle of the standard cooling and presentation of undesirable factors, which accrue from cooling. Following this production technology the suitable cutting tools and the appropriate cutting conditions are proposed. The tests of cutting by using the high-pressure cooling unit are made. The last task of this work is the comparison of influence of the high-pressure and the standard cooling on tool wear.
