Konstrukční návrh pneumatického rotačně posuvného pohonu pro autobusové dveře

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the design of the pneumatic actuator, which ensures opening and closing the single panelled doors of coach and intercity public buses. Introduction involves familiarization with the problematics of doors entrance. It describes the most common types of door mechanisms, its use, function and properties. Another chapter also contains problematics of pneumatic actuator, especially preparing the medium. The main part of thesis is calculation report, which contains structural design of the device and each part – stress-strain, kinematic and FEM analysis. In the same chapter is design of the mechanical locking and emergency control equipment of the pneumatic actua-tor.
