Analýza teleskopického mechanismu malého zakládače

Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis of the telescopic mechanism of a small rack stacker. At the beginning of the work, a research is developed that deals with small rack stackers. The search describes how these rack stackers work, what a warehouse with small rack stackers looks like, what types of small rack stackers there are, what a rack stacker consists of, how goods are centered on a rack stacker, or rack stackers from individual companies are displayed here. The thesis follows a description of the current condition of the shelf stacker and the requirements for its modification. In other chapters, the thesis deals with the design of individual parts of the shelf stacker, it is the design of the guiding element, the telescope holder and the supporting element. The designed guide elements are subjected to the finite element method, which will help to select the optimal variant. After selecting the optimal variants, the rack stacker is analyzed by a more complex strength analysis. The designed and existing parts are verified under the load caused by the impact of goods on the leading surface of the rack stacker guide element. At the end of the thesis, there is an analytical calculation of the deflection of the guiding element when loaded with goods. There is also a strength verification of the belt, which ensures the linear movement of the extendable telescopes.
