Vývoj předkovacích operací v zápustkovém kování s použitím numerické simulace

Abstract

This Bachelor Thesis is focused on Development of Forging Operations in Drop Forging by Using Numerical Simulations. This is applied in the Unex company in the case of the design of constructional solutions of the forged piece – support arm. In the theoretical part I am going to briefly introduce drop forging and it´s forging operations and also numerical simulation which is used for forming. In the practical part I am going to do the design of technological process production of the support arm and I am going to describe the environment in which it is made. I am going to verify the created design by applying simulation of the finite element method in which I use the bending tool. Due to the operation, I am going to create bent semi-finished product which is used in drop forging. In the subsequent simulation I am going to apply another method for bending which is using two wheels as a rotation support. At the end I am going to compare these two bending methods.
