Návrh uchycení baterie v rámu elektrokola

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with design of battery attachment on frame of electric bike. In the first part is introduction to e-bikes from thesis submitter Superior. Next part deals with current design of battery attachment, its analysis and design of the new solution. This is followed by optimization and calculation of the screw connection. At the end of the thesis is designed jig for welding console supports to the frame of e-bike. Thesis contains assembly drawing of the new solution, production drawings, of the console support, console and assembly drawing of the welding jig.
