Řízení pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo provedení analýzy spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě IRP Krejčí s. r. o. , současně navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců a jeho hodnocení. První část se zabývá teoretickým popisem řízení pracovního výkonu. Druhá část je zaměřena na charakteristiku pracovního prostředí ve firmě IRP Krejčí s. r. o. a popis současného způsobu řízení výkonnosti zaměstnanců. V poslední části jsou na základě analýzy uvedeny návrhy na zvýšení výkonu zaměstnanců a jeho hodnocení.

The aim of my dissertation was doing the analysis of the employees´ satisfaction in a company called IRP Krejčí s. r. o. I was also trying to suggest some precautions to arouse the working achievement and evaluation of employees. The first part of my dissertation is concerning about theoretical description of leading the working process. The second part includes the characteristics of working atmosphere in the company IRP Krejčí s. r. o. and also a description of a contemporary way of leading employees´ efficiency. Due to the analysis the last part of my dissertation presents the possible suggestions to increase the achievement and evaluation of employees.
