Abstract
Master thesis is dealing increasing efficiency of severe plastic deformation (SPD) process in the ECAP tool. In first parts are described new trends in development of produce ultra fine grain materials. The method of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) is focused. In the next part are described new geometry ECAP tools at which was effected analysis theirs influence on efficiency of the process SPD. The curves were determined deformation resistances, compared hardness and analyzed obtained structure. Influence of the number passages ECAP tool was verified at final hardness, furthermore. Metallographic analysis was performed of the samples alloys AlMn1Cu and AlFe1,5Mn. In the next time, curves of deformation resistance were compared in ECAP and CCDC processes (Gleeble simulator with MaxStrain module).
