Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to optimize the maintenance system for ultrasonic welding in the company KES – kabelové a elektrické systémy, spol. s.r.o., and identify bottlenecks. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current situation and to identify bottlenecks in the maintenance system for the site. After identifying the bottlenecks to introduce into the company lean production methods suitable for shortening the time of maintenance or optimization of maintenance times. Applying lean production methods could speed up the maintenance for the company and make the production of the site more effective. Detecting high-risk locations and applying lean production methods will result in benefits for the enterprise. Furthermore, we will focus on spare parts inventory for the maintenance site and optimal inventory for the spare parts.
