Abstract

The topic of this thesis is an internal system design for human resources management. The aim was to create a web application for staff managers, who, by thorough organization of projects and employees, strive for effective and economical company operation. This application allows assignment of the employees to the specific projects, and provides for its overview. For the most effective planning, it also shows the project timing and other necessary information. Application`s additional feature is the data import from the ERP system. The most important feature is What-if analysis, which, by using an appropriate optimalisation algorithm, searches for the optimal project assignment distribution.
