Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the choice of a positioning device for manual welding, followed by the structural design of a clamping table for selected weldments of tanks for injection molding machines. In the introductory part of the work are presented some positioning devices available on the market today. The main parts of the bachelor's thesis are devoted to the selection of the positioning device, the structural solution of the clamping table based on the input requirements, the strength control of the proposed structure and the control of the most heavily loaded screw connection within the clamping of the table to the positioner plate. In the appendix of the bachelor's thesis, there is an assembly drawing of the construction design of the clamping table, the weldment of the clamping construction drawing and its production drawings.
