Vedoucí diplomové práce: doc. RNDr. Karla Barčová, Ph.D. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ovlivnění výsledků polygrafického vyšetření prostřednictvím vybraných stimulačních látek. Teoretická část práce shrnuje principy fungování polygrafu, který monitoruje autonomní nervový systém, a detailně popisuje fyziologické parametry, jako jsou krevní tlak, tepová frekvence, galvanický odpor kůže a dýchání. Dále se práce zaměřuje na farmakodynamiku běžně dostupných i nelegálních stimulantů (např. kofein, nikotin) a jejich schopnost modulovat stresovou reakci organismu. Praktická část práce je založena na experimentálním měření, jehož cílem je analyzovat, zda a do jaké míry mohou tyto látky zkreslit interpretaci získaných dat (tzv. protiopatření). Výzkum porovnává reakce kontrolní skupiny s reakcemi subjektů pod vlivem stimulantů při standardizovaných testech (např. Test vrcholného napětí). Výsledky práce by měly přispět k lepšímu pochopení limitů polygrafického vyšetření v praxi a poskytnout doporučení pro vyšetřující odborníky při identifikaci pokusů o vědomé či nevědomé ovlivnění fyziologického záznamu.

Thesis supervisor: doc. RNDr. Karla Barčová, Ph.D. This thesis deals with the issue of influencing the results of polygraph testing through selected stimulants. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the principles of polygraph functioning, which monitors the autonomic nervous system, and describes in detail physiological parameters such as blood pressure, heart rate, galvanic skin response, and respiration. The thesis also focuses on the pharmacodynamics of commonly available and illegal stimulants (e.g., caffeine, nicotine) and their ability to modulate the body's stress response. The practical part of the work is based on experimental measurements aimed at analyzing whether and to what extent these substances can distort the interpretation of the data obtained (so-called countermeasures). The research compares the reactions of the control group with the reactions of subjects under the influence of stimulants in standardized tests (e.g., the peak tension test). The results of the work should contribute to a better understanding of the limitations of polygraph testing in practice and provide recommendations for investigating professionals in identifying attempts to consciously or unconsciously influence physiological recordings.
