Analýza a návrh systému pro workflow a správu dokumentů

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is to analyze and design a document management system (DMS) including process management (workflow). In the first part, the characteristics of the system components are described. The need for alignment with the company goals is emphasized, and the terminology such as “document, DMS, workflow, electronic signature and time stamp” is defined. In the following, practical part, the focus is on the system implementation in the company. The analysis utilizes the MDIS approach and incorporates a summary of legislative requirements. The specification of the existing options, system design and the actual implementation process is dealt with next. The thesis is concluded with a discourse on the evaluation of benefits, including the calculation of return.
