Zhodnocení fungování vybraných pedagogicko-psychologických poraden v České republice

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce bylo Zhodnocení fungování vybraných pedagogicko-psychologických poraden v České republice. Diplomová práce řešila cíl zhodnocení vybraných pedagogicko-psychologických poraden v České republice během 5 let, a to od roku 2018–2022, respektive školních let 2017/18–2021/22. Vybrané pedagogicko-psychologické poradny byly z Jihomoravského, Karlovarského, Libereckého a Plzeňského kraje. Byly využity matematicko-statistické metody, analýza a dotazníkové šetření. Diplomová práce byla strukturována do šesti kapitol, v teoretické části byl kladen důraz na veřejný sektor, školství, sociální věci. V praktické části byl důraz kladen na počet klientů v rámci skupin (MŠ, ZŠ, SŠ, VOŠ), potencionální klienty, mzdy, energie a příjmovou soběstačnost za sledované období 2018–2022, respektive 2017/18–2021/22. Výsledky zhodnocení ukázaly, že celkový počet klientů se u všech pedagogicko-psychologických poraden v čase mění. U klientů z MŠ, SŠ a VOŠ dochází ke klesajícímu trendu. U klientů ze ZŠ k rostoucímu trendu. Celkově tak dochází ke klesajícímu trendu počtu klientů. Množství finančních prostředků na mzdy, energie a dotace v čase narůstají.

The topic of the thesis was the Evaluation of the Functioning of Selected Pedagogical-Psychological Counseling Centers in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis addressed the objective of evaluating these centers over a five-year period, from 2018 to 2022, or the school years 2017/18 to 2021/22. Selected pedagogical-psychological counseling centers were from the South Moravian, Karlovy Vary, Liberec, and Pilsen regions. Mathematical-statistical methods, analysis, and a questionnaire survey were employed. The thesis was structured into six chapters, with emphasis in the theoretical part on the public sector, education, and social affairs. In the practical part, the focus was on the number of clients within various groups (kindergartens, elementary schools, secondary schools, colleges), potential clients, wages, energy consumption, and income self-sufficiency for the period from 2018 to 2022, or 2017/18 to 2021/22. There is a decreasing trend in clients from preschools, secondary schools, and higher education institutions. Clients from primary schools show an increasing trend. Overall, there is a decreasing trend in the number of clients. The amount of financial resources for salaries, energy, and subsidies increase over time.
