Konstrukční návrh drtiče

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o možnosti zpracování - drcení vytěženého hnědého uhlí na povrchovém lomu. V úvodu je provedena rešerše zařízení, která jsou používána na drcení uhlí. Dále pokračuje vypracováním konstrukčního návrhu dvouválcového drtiče uhlí pro jmenovitý výkon 3 000 tun za hodinu. Současně s návrhem je proveden i základní výpočet tohoto drtiče. Součástí této práce je detailní výkres rotoru již zmíněného drtiče.

This thesis discusses the possibility of processing - crushing the mined brown coal open-cast quarry. The introduction is a research facility that is used for crushing coal. He continues developing the design twin-cylinder coal crusher for rated output 3,000 tons per hour. At the same time the proposal is implemented and the basic calculation of the crusher. Part of this work is a detailed drawing of the aforementioned rotor crusher.
