Analýza a optimalizace systému motivace zaměstnanců ve strojírenské firmě

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with analysis and optimization of employee motivation system in the engineering company. In introduction is introduced representative of engineering company ROSTEX Vyškov, s.r.o. and motivation systém is characterized. In next steps will be defined different used systems of motivation of employee, theoretical analysis of given problematic and a detailed system of motivation in ROSTEX Vyškov, s.r.o. company. In conclusion will be identified issues of high fluctuation employee and creation of suggestion for improvement of employee motivation system.
