Experimentální testování vrtáku DC170 s unikátní geometrií a obvodovými drážkami pro odvod procesní kapaliny

Abstract

The Master Thesis deals with experimental testing of the drill DC170 with a unique geometry and circumferential grooves drain for process fluid. The aim of this thesis is to compare two drills, both coming from the same company and to show advantages of the new one through the experimental testing. Introductory part of the thesis represents the history and present of Günther & Co. GmbH and Walter AG companies, description of the drill and analysis of deep hole drilling. The experimental part shows measured, calculated and evaluated values of surface roughness parameters. Results concerning to drills in the proces of experimental drilling are mentioned in the next part together with technical and economical appraisal. At the end of the work is carried out assessment of the results.
