Abstract

The author of the present thesis focuses on description and evaluation of the employee training and development system at the company Chropyňská strojírna a.s. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic terminology of human resources management, describes individual stages of the systematic cycle of employee training and development including its methods used among companies. The practical part describes the company Chropyňská strojírna a.s. and its field of business. Furthermore, it analyses the company’s current system of employee training and development. The final part presents suggestions and recommendations which could improve the employee training and development quality and effectivity in the joint-stock company Chropyňská strojírna a.s.
