Legislativní podmínky pro bezpilotní letouny (UAV) v ČR

Abstract

Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Institute of Transport, 2011, 58 p. Thesis head: Martinec, F. Bachelor thesis is dealing with problems of making legislation for civil UAVs applications in Czech Republic. The introduction describes development of UAVs and outlines their operations in civil sector. Current situation of a legislation specification in Czech Republic is also quoted. The position of both multinational and national organizations involved in making legislation for UAVs operations is described, to clarify international issues. Mentioned are the most important problems, which facing a continuous integration of UAVs, and then, they are analyzed from the perspective of the states, dealing with UAVs operations issues in their airspace. On the basis of finding world legislation situation is set recommendation, which should help using approach of foreign countries to the specific problematic issues.
