Měření reprodukovatelnosti geometrických odchylek na součástí z aditivní technologie

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the reproducibility analysis of geometric deviation measurements for parts manufactured by additive technologies. The theoretical part defines metrological concepts, focusing on calculation methods and the specifics of FDM and SLA 3D printing using FLEX 98A, ONYX, and RESIN materials. The experimental part utilizes the HandySCAN 700 Elite 3D scanner to measure the printed samples. Statistical analysis proved that the influence of reproducibility was minimal, and the human factor does not represent a significant source of error. The thesis further evaluates the influence of different materials on the stability of the measurement process. An appendix containing a detailed statistical analysis of all measurements is also included.
