Řešení pracoviště tryskání

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením současného stavu pracoviště tryskání materiálu, které je již zastaralé, což se projevuje poruchovostí a vysokými náklady na opravy. Otryskávání materiálu je jedna z důležitých operací, která předchází finální povrchové úpravě, a má zásadní vliv na její životnost. Cílem této práce je návrh revitalizace pracoviště s ohledem na technické i finanční aspekty, pomocí vícekriteriální metody rozhodování. V závěru byl zhodnocen jak finanční, tak i technický přínos navržené varianty.

Master thesis deals with the assessment of the current state of the workplace shoot blasting, which is already obsolete. It have an effect on failure rate and the high cost of repairs. Shot blasting is one of the important operations, which precedes the final surface operation, and has a dominant impact on her life. The aim of this work is a proposal for revitalization of the workplace with regard to the technical and financial aspects, using the more-criterions method of decision-making. In conclusion, it was evaluated as the financial and technical contribution of the proposed variants.
