Optimalizace výrobního procesu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací řezného procesu, projekčním návrhem a logistikou hrubovny, jenž je součástí soustružny válců ve Strojírnách Třinec, a.s.. Cílem této práce je optimalizace výroby, navržení nových postupů při výrobě a navržení nových konstrukčních zlepšení, což bude mít za následek zkrácení výrobního času a zjednodušení pracovního procesu.

V následující části práce popisuji metodické přístupy a specifikaci problémů dílny. V závěru jsem navrhl řešení vedoucí k optimalizaci výrobního procesu.

This thesis deals with optimizing the cutting process, design and logistics design of the roughing shop, which is part of the roll – turning shop in Strojírny Třinec, a.s.. The aim of the thesis is to optimize the production process, suggest new approaches of the production and design of new construction improvements, which will result in shorten production time and sipmlification of the working process.

In the following part of the thesis, I describe methodical admittances and specification of workplaces problems. Solutions are designed at the conclusion, which would optimise the production procedure.
