Sklápěcí lavice do bazénu

Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na konstrukční návrh bazénové lavice, která je zapuštěná do stěny bazénu, a navíc umožňuje uživateli její sklopení. Lavice je vyrobena z perforovaného plechu a pro zdvih a sklopení využívá krokový motor. Další vlastnosti lavice je implementace vzduchové masáže. Konstrukční návrh splňuje požadavky bezpečnostní normy v celém svém rozsahu. V práci popíšu několik variant konstrukčních návrhů, které jsem zvažoval, a základní problémy, na které jsem během navrhování narazil, a které jsem musel řešit. Popíšu finální návrh a objasním princip jeho funkce. Práce obsahuje taky kompletní výkresovou dokumentaci, výpočty a montážní dokumentaci.

The project deals with a design of a poll bench, which is recessed in pool wall and allows the user to fold it. The bench is made of perforated sheet metal and uses stepper motor for folding and unfolding. Another feature is implementation of air massage. The design meets the requirements of safety norm in its entirety. In this work I will describe several variants of designs, which I considered, and the basic problems that I encountered during the design, and which I had to solve. I will describe the final design and explain the principle of its function. The work also contains complete drawing documentation, calculations and assembly documentation.
