Statická analýza zevního fixátoru

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with static strength analysis of an external fixator used for fracture fixation in traumatology. The aim of this thesis is to perform stress-strain analysis of the external fixator for the lower limb using the ANSYS 2020 analysis software and subsequent processing with evaluation of the obtained results. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the anatomy of the skeletal system of the human body, fractures, methods of fixation in traumatology and follow-up rehabilitation. Furthermore, a short introduction to the finite element method (FEM), on which is the used program based, is given.
