Abstract

The dissertation is focused on the work optimization in the area of forging. It summarizes basic theory of the production rationalization and concentrates especially on the worker. Based on the evaluation of the working day pictures both the work consumption coefficient and the effectiveness of the working place has been evaluated. Concurrently here you can find specification of the failings which cause the working process prolongation and the production effectiveness reduction. In the end of the dissertation the steps of elimination of unprofitable time and increase of work productivity are proposed.
