Zhodnocení interní komunikace ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The thesis is dedicated to the internal communication in the selected organization. The goal of the thesis is an analysis of actual situation and making suggestions relevant to identified shortcomings in the organization. The thesis is divided into two major blocks – the theoretical and the practical parts, which are interconnected together. Theoretical concepts relevant to the internal communicationare summarized in the theoretical part. Information about the organization are presented in the practical part, especially communication tools used in the organization. The survey questionnaire method was applied for assessment of employee satisfaction with the internal communication processes and the communication tools. The analysis of outcomes shows small exceptions in dissonance with some communication tools and managerial communication skills. Suggestions for improvement are presented at the end of the practical part.
