Racionalizace výroby skříně řízení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a racionalizací výroby skříně řízení, což je součást používaná samohybného modulárního podvozku SPMT. Úvod práce tvoří detailní popis polotovaru, materiálu, současného stroje, použitého přípravku a jednotlivých výrobních operací včetně řezných parametrů. Následuje návrh racionalizace, který zahrnuje zavedení moderního horizontálního obráběcího centra HM1250 s automatickou výměnou palet a optimalizací řezných nástrojů, což umožňuje efektivnější obrábění a snížení vedlejších časů. Práce rovněž porovnává nové technologické řešení se současnou výrobou z hlediska technických a ekonomických parametrů. Výsledky práce poskytují podklad pro rozhodování o implementaci navržených změn v praxi.

The thesis deals with the analysis and rationalization of the production of a contro case, which is a component used in a self-propelled modular transporter (SPMT). The introductory part of the thesis provides a detailed description of the semi-finished product, material, current machine, used fixture, and individual manufacturing operations, including cutting parameters. This is followed by a design for rationalization, which includes the implementation of a modern horizontal machining center HM1250 with automatic pallet changing and optimized cutting tools, enabling more efficient machining and a reduction in non-productive times. The thesis also compares the new technological solution with the current production in terms of technical and economic parameters. The results of the thesis provide a basis for decision-making regarding the implementation of the proposed changes into practice.
