Abstract
This bachelor thesis aims to describe the philosophy of KAIZEN, including its main methods and techniques and their adaptation in form of Top Model Service initiative.
The practical part is focused on implementation of the 5S method to the administration in the Model Obaly a.s. factory, Opava. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the 5S method implementation in the HR department.
