Abstract

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis was to identify and evaluate the current situation of employee motivation, employee appraisal and clarifying the relationships between employees and management and consequently to suggest suitable options in order to improve the current situation. The thesis was divided into three main parts. The first one deals with the basic characteristics of personal management and explains the basis of the whole subject. This is followed by the analysis of human resources performance in the organization and this analysis provides information for further management decisions in the area of human resources. The third part contains data collected from filled in questionaires and options in order to improve the current situation. Collected and analysed data from this thesis are supposed to be useful help for company management in order to heighten the job satisfaction of employees, to improve the interpersonal relationships in the company and for identification of motivators, which leads eventually to improving and higher efficiency of job performance.
