Využití Six Sigma při optimalizaci procesu výroby vybraného dílce

Abstract

A basis of the master thesis is to optimize production proces of selected part by Six Sigma methodology and tools in Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. The master thesis is separated to two main parts. In first theoretical part , there is in coperhensive way described an approach of Six Sigma problem solving and project management by DMAIC methodology. Also there are described main tools used in a project described in practical part of the thesis.. There is also desribed the company itself. The second, practical part mainly deals with a real project managed and mentored by Six Sigma methodology which solves a problem of optimization of production proces of chosen part.
