Abstract

The subject of the thesis is to apply Lean Six Sigma methods on selected processes in metallographic laboratory at MUBEA – HZP s.r.o. The goal is to identify bottlenecks of metallographic laboratory, name and quantify activities using Lean management tools, define areas of activities and suggest measures to minimize bottlenecks.
