Návrh technologie obrábění čepu kola s využitím CNC obráběcích strojů

Abstract

Goal of thesis is design technology for cutting the shank of wheel with using CNC machine. First parts of work consider analysis of demands, which are lay on wheel’s shank. Here is describing usage of the shank, cutting material and proper tool material. In the second part is describing design of technology, which describes the design of machines, tools and technologic process. Another part of work attend to elaborate proposals of control programs for CNC machine, where are describe single steps of programs. In the last part is designed technology reviewed in technical-economic way.
