Racionalizace kontroly hřídelí

Abstract

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je racionalizace kontroly hřídelí. V první části diplomové práce je zpracován teoretický rozbor požadavků na hřídel z pohledu rozměrové, tvarové přesnosti a jakosti opracované plochy. Na základě analýzy stávající metodiky kontroly parametrů hřídelí bude navržena metodika racionalizace kontroly s cílem odstranění nedostatků stávajícího postupu. Navržená racionalizace projde praktickým ověřením na vybraném představiteli, včetně vyhodnocení získaných dat. V závěrečné části je provedeno celkové zhodnocení obou metod a porovnání výsledků.

The main aim of master thesis is rationalisation of the shaft checking. In the first part of thesis is processed theoretical analysis of the requirements for the shaft in terms of dimensions, shape accuracy and quality of the machined surface. Based on an analysis of existing methodologies control of the parameters shaft will be proposed methodology rationalization of controls in order to eliminate the shortcomings of the current procedure. Proposed rationalization will pass the practical verification of the chosen representative, including the evaluation of the data obtained. In the final part is carried out total evaluation of both methods and compare the results.
