Abstract

This thesis deals with the elimination of electrolytic iron coatings from chloride bath. The introduction mentions the basic principle of elimination of electrolytic metal bath depth effectiveness of physical and mechanical properties of the coating. It is an assessment of the current state of the electrolytic iron excretion and design parameters for the experimental part. The second part of the thesis is focused on experimental testing of chloride bath. Here is monitored by the internal stress of coatings, depending on the chloride bath temperature and current density. The electrolytic coatings excluded assessments are done Excluded Fe coating thickness. In conclusion, this work is proposed alternative solutions to technological progress and the choice of the optimal performance criteria chloride bath, where the resulting Fe film shows the best results.
